Around the house a wide fenced space of approximately 5.000 sqm with endless rows of natural terraces covered in age-old olive trees. On one of these terraces there is a nice 5x10 m swimming pool (depth 1,40 m), to be shared sometimes with the owner. In front of the house a large paved area, equipped with table, chairs and barbecue, particularly suitable for eating outdoors. The simple but comfortable furnishings go well with the internal fittings of the house. Table tennis, volleyball court, shadowed car spot, satellite TV and washing machine at guests disposal.
