All around the house the large garden (approx. 2.000 sqm), where for the exclusive use of the guests there are a nice swimming pool ( size 5x10 - depth 1,35 m with sloping down access and a ladder to go into it) with salt depuration system, table and chairs to eat in the open-air, barbecue, wood burning oven, outdoor kitchen corner, shadowed car park, swing and table tennis. The owner's family live approx. 300 meters far and will be point of reference for any information or needs. The good quality furnishing, the internal finishes and the good equipment (sat-Tv, air conditioning, internet connection… ) assure a comfortable and charming holiday. In respect to the energy saving laws, the house is equipped with solar panels. On request, the owner can prepare typical Tuscan dinners. Around the house there are some paths among the woods and the fields where you will enjoy with relaxing walks.
